1. Service
Not configured (required before launch) ("BIDFOR", "we", or "the platform") provides paid digital advertising placement for business websites and products. Advertisers choose a category and advertising budget to publish approved names, websites, descriptions, and images in a public advertising directory.
Directory placement is advertising. It is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of an advertiser, product quality, popularity, market share, or suitability.
2. Operator and support

Support email: Not configured (required before launch); support phone: Not configured (required before launch). Use these channels for payment, cancellation, refund, content, or account questions.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
Applicants must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and be authorized to represent the company, brand, product, or website being advertised. Information must be complete, accurate, and verifiable. Business-email verification or manual review may be required.
You may not impersonate another person or misuse another party's trademark, domain, or company information. Keep submitted information current.
4. Pricing, budgets, and display position
Prices are displayed in New Taiwan dollars (TWD). Before an order is created, we show the service, current cumulative advertising budget, new plan budget, and amount due. The server recalculates and displays the authoritative amount when the order is created.
Display positions are ordered by confirmed, non-refunded cumulative advertising budget within a category. Any displayed position is a current estimate and may change due to other confirmed plans, refunds, reviews, or removals. Payment does not guarantee a fixed or permanent position or a specific display period.
The service does not guarantee traffic, clicks, inquiries, customers, revenue, search-engine ranking, or any specific marketing result.
5. Orders, payment, and service start
After an advertisement is approved, the advertiser may create an order and continue to NewebPay's payment page. NewebPay processes payment credentials using its security controls; BIDFOR does not store full card numbers or security codes.
BIDFOR relies on server-verified payment notifications. Service begins after the advertisement is approved and payment is confirmed. If payment is pending, failed, or under review, do not pay twice; contact support if needed.
Taxes, invoices, or receipts are handled according to the order display, the operator's applicable tax obligations, and the actual issuance method.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and transaction issues
To request cancellation or a refund, or report a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized transaction, or technical error, send the order number, payer information, and reason to Not configured (required before launch). We review requests based on the payment method, whether service began, service delivered, responsibility for the issue, and applicable law.
Approved card refunds are generally returned through the original payment route and NewebPay. Timing may depend on the acquiring bank, card issuer, or payment provider. These Terms do not waive consumer rights that cannot legally be limited in advance.
7. Advertising content
Advertisers must ensure that all content, links, and offered services are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights. Prohibited content includes:
- Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, impersonating, or materially false content.
- Malware, phishing, security circumvention, or content that puts devices or data at risk.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights.
- Hateful, violent, adult, or regulated products or services offered without required authorization.
8. Review, categorization, and removal
BIDFOR may request more information, recategorize, reject, suspend, or remove an advertisement for accuracy, user safety, legal compliance, or platform quality. Contact support if you believe a decision was incorrect.
If an advertisement is rejected, suspended, or removed, refund eligibility and amount are determined by the reason, service status, order, responsibility, and applicable law.
9. Intellectual property and external sites
Advertisers retain their rights in submitted content and grant BIDFOR a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, resize, publicly display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
Advertisements link to third-party sites. Those sites are responsible for their own content, transactions, privacy, and security. Users should evaluate them before transacting.
10. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain service and data security, but networks, payments, cloud services, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. We will reasonably investigate, reconcile, or support affected orders.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, responsibility depends on actual loss, fault, and the individual order. Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms for service, legal, or security reasons and will show the update date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Orders formed before a change remain subject to the terms applicable when they were formed and mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). We encourage the parties to contact support first; consumers retain any mandatory jurisdiction and statutory rights.
