Bidfor.tw ("we" or "the platform") provides paid digital advertising placement for business websites and products. Advertisers choose a category and advertising budget to publish names, websites, and descriptions in a public advertising directory.
Directory placement is advertising. It is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of an advertiser, product quality, popularity, market share, or suitability.
2. Operator and support
Service provider: Bidfor.tw.
Support email: bidfor.tw@gmail.com. Use this address for payment, cancellation, refund, or content questions.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
Applicants must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and be authorized to represent the company, brand, product, or website being advertised. Information must be complete, accurate, and verifiable. Business-email verification or manual pre-approval is not required before purchase.
You may not impersonate another person or misuse another party's trademark, domain, or company information. There are no customer accounts, self-service editing or budget top-ups. Contact support with your order reference for administrator-handled changes.
4. Pricing, budgets, and display position
Prices are displayed in New Taiwan dollars (TWD). Each purchase creates a new advertisement, starting at NT$100. The service, selected budget and amount due are shown before checkout and validated by the server when the order is created.
Display positions are ordered by confirmed, non-refunded cumulative advertising budget within a category. Any displayed position is a current estimate and may change due to other confirmed plans, refunds, reviews, or removals. Payment does not guarantee a fixed or permanent position or a specific display period.
The service does not guarantee traffic, clicks, inquiries, customers, revenue, search-engine ranking, or any specific marketing result.
5. Orders, payment, and service start
After confirming the details and amount, the advertiser can create the order and continue to NewebPay's payment page. Bidfor.tw's review dialog does not require the payer's full name or email. Cardholder name and email required for credit-card payment are collected directly by NewebPay on its hosted page as part of its transaction and 3D Secure verification flow, subject to NewebPay's hosted-page notices and privacy policy.
NewebPay processes payment credentials using its security controls. Bidfor.tw does not receive or store full card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes. Bidfor.tw does not create customer login accounts or send its own order emails.
Bidfor.tw relies on server-verified payment notifications. The buyer agrees that advertising service begins immediately and the advertisement publishes automatically after payment is confirmed, without manual pre-approval. If payment is pending, failed, or under review, do not pay twice; contact support if needed.
Taxes, invoices, or receipts are handled according to the order display, the operator's applicable tax obligations, and the actual issuance method.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and transaction issues
The buyer reads and accepts these Terms before payment and agrees that service begins immediately after payment is confirmed. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, once payment is confirmed and the advertisement begins public display, cancellation or refund requests based on a change of mind, unmet traffic expectations, or later movement in display position are generally not accepted.
For a duplicate or incorrect charge, unauthorized transaction, confirmed payment where Bidfor.tw is responsible for not providing the service, or another case that must be handled by law, email the order number, transaction details, and reason to bidfor.tw@gmail.com. Approved card refunds are generally returned through the original payment route and NewebPay; timing may depend on the acquiring bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in advance.
7. Advertising content
Advertisers must ensure that all content, links, and offered services are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights. Prohibited content includes:
- Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, impersonating, or materially false content.
- Malware, phishing, security circumvention, or content that puts devices or data at risk.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights.
- Hateful, violent, adult, or regulated products or services offered without required authorization.
8. Review, categorization, and removal
Bidfor.tw may request more information, recategorize, reject, suspend, or remove an advertisement for accuracy, user safety, legal compliance, or platform quality. Contact support if you believe a decision was incorrect.
If an advertisement is rejected, suspended, or removed, refund eligibility and amount are determined by the reason, service status, order, responsibility, and applicable law.
9. Intellectual property and external sites
Advertisers retain their rights in submitted content and grant Bidfor.tw a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, resize, publicly display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
Advertisements link to third-party sites. Those sites are responsible for their own content, transactions, privacy, and security. Users should evaluate them before transacting.
10. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain service and data security, but networks, payments, cloud services, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. We will reasonably investigate, reconcile, or support affected orders.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, responsibility depends on actual loss, fault, and the individual order. Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms for service, legal, or security reasons and will show the update date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Orders formed before a change remain subject to the terms applicable when they were formed and mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). We encourage the parties to contact support first; consumers retain any mandatory jurisdiction and statutory rights.
